Severine Thery-Cave began in L’Oreal in 2000 in the Sourcing Department, in France. In 2010, she took over the Raw Material Sourcing Head for North America, relocating to the US with her family. In 2015, she was appointed Vice President of Sourcing North America and Latin America for Direct Sourcing (Packaging, Raw Material and Contract-manufacturing), leading 2B$+ spend with her 120+ diverse team members. In 2018, she relocated to France where she implemented the L’Oréal Global organization for Raw Material Supply Chain Securitization. With 22 years of experience and proven track record as a Sourcing professional and strategist, she was promoted in September 2020 as L’Oréal CPO for Direct Sourcing. She currently resides in France with her husband and their 3 children.
